Can it take as long as 2 months to feel the result of having a gastric band fitted?.

I think it depends on the person but you have to remember that the band is a "helping hand" and not a magic wand. You should be chaging your diet and lfestyle. The band limits the amount of food you can eat, not what you eat. Not going to lie to you, it's still going to be hard but well worth it. Don't go over the top straight away with the exercise as you will put yourself off. if you have any questions then you can ask myself or Mark.
