Professional experience:
During 20 years medical experience prof. Brychta has got acquainted with  plastic surgery including microsurgery and with general traumatology. Since 1987 specialised on the treatment of burns and since 1995 also in aesthetic plastic surgery inclusive laser aesthetic surgery.
Several study stays in USA (prof. Grazer, prof. Achauer), Austria (prof. Millesi), Germany (prof. Mühlbauer), United Kingdom (Dr. Stanek), the Netherlands etc.

Current research interest:

1. Skin cultures, dermal substitutes, recombined skin in burns
2. Aesthetic plastic surgery (full range)
3. Laser surgery

Teaching activities:
Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University in Brno /Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Burns/.
Institute for post-gradual education of medical staff in Brno.
